o I was working as Senior Project Manager at Mumbai International Airport. GVK Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, CH2M Hill India, Maharastra, India (4th, June 2008 to Jan 2013).
o CH2M Hill are the program managers of the project.
o Expansion and Renovation program for Mumbai International Airport (Appox. Value: USD 2 Billion). The Project is awarded on PPP basis to Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd. The Program consists of around 40 major projects including construction of a new state of the art terminal of 400,000 sq. m. This is a one of the landmark project in India and one of the most difficult infrastructure projects. It is INRs.5000 crore project, decommissioning and dismantling the existing terminal in phases and building a completely brand new Common User Terminal without affecting the day to day operations.
o I was in-charge of relocating the tenants from one third of the International Terminal i.e. T2A, decommission the services and demolish the building without affecting the existing Terminal operations. I was coordinating the design efforts for all the MEP services in the new Common User Terminal. I was involved in the Tendering and finalization of all MEP services, Project Management of the MEP and VHT contractors. I am handling the construction management of the BHS system till the BHS specialist was recruited.

Dubai International Airport – Concourse 2 /Terminal 3.

I was working as Senior Project Engineer with Thermo LLC in Dubai for their airport expansion project. Thermo was doing the MEP works of the new airport valued at 1.8 billion UAE Dhirrams. It has three buildings, Concourse, Terminal and car park. The Concourse building is a Kilometer long and 100 m wide with six floors below, one ground floor and five floors above. I worked as a team leader handling a team of ten Engineers carrying out the Detailed Engineering drawings for the HVAC system of Terminal & Carpark for this project.
3. Chennai Airport - Consolidated Construction.
As a Ast. General Manager handled the MEP works of the Airport warehouse.
